At TerraCycle, we are committed to sustainability and your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible retail products.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
